Thanks so much for signing up for my artwork email list! You'll get lots of new artwork-emails this week, maybe next week. That's the supporting part! That and making some comments and suggestions if you have time. Then I'll get lazy again, fewer emails.
I have a blog on the website too. It's down at the bottom left on the homepage. That's where I write meandering thoughts. 
I sold a painting today! Red-letter August 12, 2020. I've been running around scoping out how I'm going to ship it.
Turns out delivering the painting to USA is yet another how-to discovery! UPS drop off points have closed, maybe due to Covid.

Launching Summer Collection I

Hello, all,

I'm preparing my first "launch" to sell some paintings. It's really scary for me.

What if people don't like the painting they receive because it's not as luminous as the computer image?

Which shipping company will I  use for efficiency, insurance coverage, fast dependable delivery?

And perhaps most of all, I come out of hiding inside my website and reach out to you.

I wanted a summer theme, maybe summer gardens.

The majority of the Summer collection are expressionist paintings with an identifiable image,  and rather small.  I want to get used to shipping before trying to sell really large paintings.

These paintings are about 6 months old, so that I can varnish them before shipping. 

I'm much more in love with my abstract work, but in general people seem to  prefer something they can recognize. Working figuratively is a challenge for me, a way to practice really looking.  

Which paintings do you prefer here? Thanks for your responses!
